Study of a low rate spread spectrum receiver
Abstract
The transmission of numerical signals at velocities from 50 to 9600 bands on an electromagnetic carrier working at 256 to 704 kbs was studied. The binary sequences usable for signal encoding and their correlation functions are examined. The design of a receiver based on the properties of a filter adapted to surface waves is described. A computerized simulation with real data is used to check the system based on pseudo-random sequences or Barker sequences.
