High power TEA CO 2 laser tuned by a holographic grating
Abstract
Wavelength tuning of a TEA CO 2 laser by means of a holographic grating with sinusoidal profile is reported for the first time. The grating with 136 lines/mm had an optimized efficiency according to the gain of the laser. The laser beam was coupled out through the zeroth grating order.
