The effect of natural fluctuations of the parameters on the spectral characteristics of nonlinear oscillators
Abstract
A theoretical analysis is made of the spectral parameters of a self-oscillatory system with a resonance circuit having finite mechanical rigidity and subject to natural fluctuations. It is shown that, depending on the oscillation power, the spectral characteristics of such oscillators can differ significantly from their usual form. The oscillation line is significantly broadened, and regions of appreciable intensity appear in the amplitude and frequency fluctuation spectra. This latter phenomenon leads to a considerable reduction in the oscillation frequency stability.
