The use of piezoceramic vibrators in vibrating mounts for spacecraft scientific instrumentation
Abstract
Basic design formulas are proposed for the dynamic parameters of piezoceramic vibrating mounts with a regulated rotation-drag moment. The feasibility of using such mounts for space scientific instrumentation is examined. It is suggested that the stability and optimal vibration amplitudes of such mounts can be assured by the use of electrically controlled feedback operating in the autooscillation regime as well as by the use of phase and amplitude control.
