Operations of ISS-b at Kashima station and their result
Abstract
Operational modes and control techniques used at the Kashima ground station from 1978-80 to monitor, control, and receive data from the Ionosphere Sounder Satellite (ISS-b) are outlined. Attention is given to the fluctuations detected in solar cell output, battery voltage, sun spin angle, and on-board components' temperatures.
