The problem of correction in inertial navigation
Abstract
The theory of the correction of inertial navigation systems is developed on the basis of the theory of observability and optimal estimation. Particular consideration is given to the state-vector estimation of liner dynamic systems, the determination of the mutual orientation of the two trihedrons from measurements of their relative angular velocity and the unitary vector in projections on the axes of both trihedrons, the basic relationships of the method of inertial navigation, and a mathematical model of the flight vehicle in navigation problems.
