Improvement of the procedure for satellite observation with the AFU-75 camera

It is proposed to introduce several improvements to a satellite-tracking system based on the use of the AFU-75 camera in order to increase the overall accuracy of the observations. The proposed improvements include the use of the electron circuit of the coordinate-measuring device for timing exposures and synchronizing the clock with signals transmitted through TV channels, a change in the switching schedule of the equatorial platform, and the use of a controlled diaphragm instead of a high-speed shutter.
