Novel approaches to nonlinear adaptive optics at 1.3 microns
Abstract
It is noted that degenerate four-wave mixing in gases at 1.3 microns poses unusual difficulties owing to the lack of suitable systems. Nonlinear adaptive optics at these wavelengths, however, is shown to be promising in solids.
