Holographic interferometry of a plasma in the case of the frequency conversion of radiation that has passed through a plasma
Abstract
The paper examines the feasibility of obtaining holographic interferograms of a plasma in the case of the doubling of the object wave, i.e., in the case when the object wave and the pumping wave are parallel to each other and are parts of one and the same wave which carries identical information about the object. Experimental results are presented that demonstrate a doubling of the phase advance, which is introduced into the original wave as it passes through the phase inhomogeneity.
