Flow technical problems with transitions between partial and complete filling and with flow measurement in channel sections.
Abstract
Flow technical problems related to sewage systems are reviewed. Measuring systems were developed to determine the quantitative draining off in the transition domain between partial and complete filling. A mathematical model to treat flow technical phenomena was developed. Flow conditions are simulated on a test stand with closed loop, resulting in the dependence of flow through the channel as a function of flow state. The mathematical model enables the numerical calculation of unsteady flows.
