Cavity lifetime phase-shift method for sensitive reflectance measurements at mid-infrared wavelengths
Abstract
The cavity phase shift method measures high reflectances on spherical surfaces with good spatial resolution. Successful demonstration at 2.9 micron wavelength is described.
