Field of extraneous current of arbitrary distribution in the far zone of a simple anisotropic medium
Abstract
A method is presented for calculating fields of extraneous currents of arbitrary spatial distribution in the far zone of a simple homogeneous anisotropic medium. As an example, attention is given to the field of a linear current that varies sinusoidally in a finite region along a coordinate that is perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the medium. Solutions are obtained for the TM and TE components of the fields.
