The unsteady state of heat and mass transfer processes in binary gas mixtures
Abstract
A model of the unsteady state of the thermal diffusion mechanism in a gas mixture is proposed in the framework of rigorous molecular-kinetic theory. Mixtures of ideal and real gas are considered. Expressions are obtained for the thermal diffusion ratio and the contribution of diffusion thermal conductivity to conductive heat transfer.
