Coupled Marangoni boundary layers
Abstract
The structure, properties and behavior of dissipative layers known as Marangoni boundary layers are studied, with special emphasis on the kinematically and thermally coupled interfacing fluids. Similar solutions are derived and numerically solved through a system of differential equations. The case in which the layers are isobaric is considered.
