The 4 GHz and 11 GHz multiband radiators for PTT radio relay antennas
Abstract
It is useful to employ multiband antennas if two different frequency bands must be transmitted on one radio link. The necessary radiator unit for combining 4 GHz and 11 GHz in one PTT antenna was developed. The 4 GHz band is coupled in by means of a primary focus radiator and the 11 GHz band by means of a Cassegrain system. Both bands can be transmitted simultaneously by means of vertical and horizontal polarization.
