Forced coherent scattering of electromagnetic waves by a relativistic beam of oscillators
Abstract
The study deals with the kinetic theory of coherent scattering of an unordinary electromagnetic wave, caused by relativistic beam electrons propagating in the constant homogeneous magnetic field H(0). A nonlinear dispersive equation is derived which describes a scattering process with the distribution function of beam electrons, which is arbitrary isotropic over angles theta in the velocity space.
