Evaluation of the effectiveness of a rapid method for the direct computation of aperiodic convolution
Abstract
A method for the direct computation of aperiodic convolution based on the structural properties of the convoluted signals is evaluated. In addition, a method is proposed for the design of digital finite-impulse-response filters with a high degree of parallelism for the compression of p-ary signals of arbitrary structure.
