Video detection of far infrared radiation by Nb thin film microbridges
Abstract
Voltage generation with current plateau at the critical current is explained in terms of the vortex flow model. Using microbridges biased at a current slightly above the critical current, the spectral response of video detection of far infrared radiation was measured in combination with a Lamellar-grating type Fourier transform spectrometer. The spectral response showed a maximum at about 13 per cm.
