Stability of FM-Eliminated 3.39 μm He-Ne/CH4 Laser
Abstract
The optical heterodyne measurement of two identical laser systems was carried out, in which the frequencies of the two lasers were stabilized without any frequency modulation. The Allan variance of the beat frequency fluctuation was 1.77× 10-12 for an average time of 100 s, where each system was stabilized under dual feedback control consisting of a proportional and an integral feedback control.
