Diffraction of plane electromagnetic waves by infinitely long perfectly conducting screens of finite width and thickness
Abstract
The two-dimensional problem of the diffraction of plane electromagnetic waves by perfectly conducting screens of finite width and thickness has been treated by using the integral-equation method in connection with the moment method. Numerical results show how the tangential magnetic field at the surface of the screen and the nearfield at the shadow-boundary are influenced by the width and thickness of the screen.
