The electrical properties of Re-Si
Abstract
The paper presents an investigation of the electrical properties, structure, and microhardness measurements of the Re-Si alloys containing 5-80 wt.% Si. It is shown that specific resistance increases with the silicon content. The alloys containing free silicon show semiconductive properties, but alloys which do not contain free silicon manifest metal conductivity.
