The CISE tandem vandeGraaf accelerator and its fields of use
Abstract
Research applications discussed include: elemental analysis by proton induced X-ray fluorescence; backscattering photometry; and radiation damage in metals. The terminal voltage of the accelerator reaches 3.5 MV. The auxiliary equipment is briefly described. The accelerable ions are listed with the respective charge state and final intensity and energy.
