A list of identifications in the violet spectrum of 19 piscium.
Abstract
Line identifications are reported between λλ397 and 434 nm in the spectrum of the cool carbon star 19 Psc (N0; C7, 3). Observational data are taken from a Mt. Wilson coudéspectrogram at reciprocal dispersion 1 nm mm-1. The prominence of atomic lines of s-process elements, including Tc, is noted. A number of molecular features are identified with AlH, CH, CN, CuH, GeH, SiH, SnH, and ZnH. No oxides can be found. Lines of higher excitation indicate more positive radial velocity; the correlation is illustrated with lines of AlH and SiH.
