An object in Perseus suspected as a variable bright blue galaxy by Chu (1978) from the non-stellar images on the Palomar Sky Survey prints was observed. Both the results of spectral analysis and those of UBV photometry suggest that the central object is a galactic star of spectral type around B 7 V-III. The small radial velocity of this object also supports that it is not a distant galaxy.
