Spectrophotometric experiment aboard the launched instruments of Venera 11 and Venera 12. 2. Analysis of spectral data of Venera 11 with the method of composition layers.
Abstract
The Venera spacecraft have measured the radiation spectrum of solar light in the deep-seated layers of the Venusian atmosphere with a resolution sufficient to identify the absorption bands of the atmospheric gases. In the present paper data on the spectrum of the Venusian daytime sky, obtained from the very surface of the planet, are analyzed.
