Eine neue Hochfrequenz-Eingangsschaltung mit inhärenter Spiegelfrequenzunterdrückung
Abstract
The design of a receiver front end which rejects the unwanted image signal by means of a two-phase mixing method in a broadband manner, rather than by means of tuned circuits, is presented. Features of the device include a uniform image signal rejection of more than 40 dB from 100 kHz up to 30 MHz. In addition the configuration is of monolithic integrated type and enables a substantially simpler assembly of RF receiver front ends.
