Dynamic errors of smoothing of linear trajectories
Abstract
The use of linear-polynomial models for radar-target trajectories and target-range variations leads in general to significant dynamic errors in the smoothing algorithms. The paper uses the least squares method to estimate the maximum dynamic errors which could result from the application of the linear-polynomial model.
