An investigation of the amplitude-frequency characteristics of solid state SHF-reflex amplifiers operating in a nonlinear mode
Abstract
An analysis is presented of the characteristics of nonlinear narrowband reflection-type semiconductor-diode microwave amplifiers. Particular consideration is given to hysteresis processes in the working frequency band of the amplifier associated with the nonlinear reactive component of the conductivity of the active element. Calculated results agree well with experimental results.
