Bounce of spheres in EinsteinCartan theory.
Abstract
It is pointed out that an EinsteinCartan sphere must bounce outside the Schwarzschild radius, if it bounces at all. Except in extreme cases the presence of torsion does not appreciably alter the conditions of the gravitational collapse of stars.
