On the rotating magnetic white dwarfs.
Abstract
The equilibrium structure of a rotating magnetic white dwarf has been obtained for different values of the central condensation parameter. The effect of rotation and general magnetic-field vanishing at the equilibrium surface on the critical mass of a white dwarf is examined. It is found that the presence of rotation and a magnetic field does not affect the critical mass value significantly.
