Preparation and some basic physical properties of the amorphous electrodeposited NiCoP films
Abstract
Amorphous ferromagnetic thin films and foils on the basis of NiCoP with a high content of phosphorus (20-24 at% P) were prepared by the usual method of electrodeposition. The transition of these films from the amorphous to the crystalline state was investigated from the dependence of the charge of the electrical resistivity upon temperature, using X-ray and electron diffraction methods.
