Comparative flow stability of modified sintered flow control devices
Abstract
Environmental test results are reported for sintered flow control devices. A modified device is described and test results are shown substantiating its improved immunity to environment induced flow reductions. A rationale was outlined describing how the open pore structures in these powder metallurgy parts provide protection for the critical flow paths and thereby improved the stability.
