Component modeling for electronic circuit analysis

Computer models of passive components, diodes, transistors, and logic and linear integrated circuits were developed for the analysis of electronic circuits. The models were selected and the parameters of corresponding types were measured. The models were validated by comparison of simulation results and measurements. The concordance was generally found to be satisfactory. A library of models in the IMAG8 language was stored in the ICL 4/72 computer at ESTEC.
