Self-oscillations in periodically-active wave structures
Abstract
Self-oscillations in a periodic wave structure with active elements are examined, and a class of nonlinear waves whose spectrum covers a large number of excitation zones of the structure is identified. The results are generalized to include wave systems with a nonlinear boundary. Same experimental data obtained in the RF band are discussed and are found to correlate well with the theory.
