A self-similar solution for fan jets with an arbitrary degree of twist
Abstract
It is shown that the problem of a fan jet dispersing from an infinitely narrow slit of a finite radius has a self-similar solution for any degree of twist. Solutions are derived for free laminar and turbulent jets and for laminar semi-bounded jets.
