Selfgravitating liquid ring with internal flow
Abstract
It is shown that an ideal selfgravitating liquid can move in such a way as to retain the shape of a quasielliptical ring of constant cross section. Flow of the liquid in a rotating system of coordinates is potential. The particular case where the liquid admits an annular equilibriumconfiguration is considered.
