A new design method of digital data transmission signals for available linear modulation forms
Abstract
Today a digital implementation of transmitters for voiceband channel data transmission systems is of great interest. In that case new structures in comparison to an analog realization become possible, which allow new solutions of the pulseshaping problem. In this paper conditions for an optimal transmission for available linear modulation forms are presented. A new design method will be introduced taking into account the transmission channel and the receiver filters as well.
