Many-wave X-ray interferometry
Abstract
Three-wave and four-wave X-ray interferometry arrangements using diamond type crystal lattice models are studied. Formulas are derived for amplitude and intensity in three-wave and four-wave diffraction of X-rays on X-ray interferometer analyzers. Three-wave diffraction and four-wave diffraction are examined separately.
