Reception of complex multipositional signals of double phase shift keying
Abstract
The paper describes a method for the coherent reception of phase-shift-keyed biorthogonal signals by means of demodulation which eliminates errors due to the four-valued phase of the reference signal. The message duration is doubled in each of the two receiving channels. It is shown that the method raises the efficiency of the system in terms of utilizing signal power and frequency band.
