Optimal filtering of continuous messages under the action of pulsed noise
Abstract
Equations of optimal nonlinear filtering are derived for the case of reception of continuous signals that depend on n random Markov parameters observed on the background of pulsed noise with r discrete states and white noise. Algorithms for the combined filtering of continuous and discrete Markov processes are obtained, and the method is applied to the synthesis of optimal receivers.
