Breitbandzirkulator für 225 bis 400 MHz
Abstract
Circulators for frequencies below 400 MHz usually have a bandwidth of only a few percent and a temperature range which is very limited. Using YIG-Material for the microwave ferrite, ferroxcube rings inside the magnetic circuit for compensation and a matching network to transform the complex circulator impedance without losses into the 50 ohm line impedance, the lumped element construction of a broadband-circulator for use in the 225 to 400 MHz band with a temperature range of from minus 40 C to +90 C can be realized.
