Diffraction of the field of a vertical dipole on a spherical segment
Abstract
The problem of diffraction of the field of a vertical electric and magnetic dipole on a spherical segment is considered. The problem is reduced to the solution of an infinite linear algebraic system of the second kind. On the assumption that the segment is small, analytical expressions are obtained for the surface current density.
