Synthesis of RC two-terminal networks in various canonical forms
Abstract
A synthesis algorithm for RC two-terminal networks in various ladder type network configurations is developed. It is demonstrated that every function belonging to the set of rational polynomials suitable as driving-point impedances of RC two-terminal networks can be represented in the form of a large number of chain segments of specified type. The algorithm offers a simple approach to many circuit realizations in a broad variety of ladder type canonical networks.
