Investigation of gradient detectors of radiant energy
Abstract
In the low-inertia radiant energy detectors under study, the measured thermal irradiation density is measured as the radial temperature gradient in the sensor element of the receiver. These receivers can measure the radiant energy in nonstationary thermal processes. Receiver design is described, and a procedure for calculating the temperature field in the sensor element is derived. Graphic representation of fields with different parameters is provided.
