Determination of the dynamic amplitude-phase characteristics of a TWT
Abstract
A new method is developed for determining the dynamic amplitude-phase characteristics of a TWT which has as its basis the transfer of an AM oscillation through a frequency converter consisting of a mixer with a difference-frequency filter and a heterodyne. The problem can be solved by using the AM oscillation with a known modulation law and determining on its basis the phase change in input voltage.
