A system for computer-aided design of hybrid integrated microcircuits

Description of the software modules and hardware requirements of an applications package for computer-aided design of linear integrated circuits. The system can be used in an interactive mode with the M-222 computer and in a batch-processing mode with BESM-4 and M-222 machines. A table lists each software module, the type of design calculations it performs, the algorithms employed, and the corresponding programming languages. System control principles and required peripherals are discussed.
