Temperature stabilization of solid state microwave oscillators by means of external resonators /Review/
Abstract
The paper examines methods for temperature-stabilizing the frequency of solid state microwave oscillators of waveguide construction. Techniques for suppressing parasitic oscillations in the frequency tuning range are described. The effectiveness of frequency stabilization by means of external high-Q resonators is analyzed, and a comparative analysis is given of various resonator-oscillator coupling circuits. A comprehensive bibliography is given of literature in the field.
