Centrifugal sensors of the angular and linear parameters of base motions
Abstract
The key to the operation of centrifugal sensors of base motion is the dependence of the angular and linear displacement of a rapidly rotating inertial mass on the magnitude and direction of the angular and linear parameters of the motion of the base. The kinematic scheme of the gyroscopic meter consists of the rapidly rotating rotor of an electric motor to which are elastically attached a number of weights (suspensions). The absolute angular velocity of the weights is responsible for the centrifugal accelerations acting on them.
