Radiation pattern of open ended waveguide fed Lueneberg lens
Abstract
The radiation patterns of a spherical Lueneberg lens with open-ended waveguide as the primary feed have been determined theoretically. The effects of the variations of the primary feed aperture dimensions and position with respect to focal surface of the spherical Lueneberg lens are investigated. The theoretically computed results agree closely with the experimental ones.
