Electronics at a high temperature
Abstract
Developments in analog and digital temperature-resistant circuitry are described, and reliability data are given for systems currently in use. Progress in development of fluidic control systems and digital techniques for engine monitoring is discussed. Details on packaging and cooling to avoid heat damage are presented and the technology of thick and thin films is analyzed. Specific data on some manufacturing processes for microcircuitry are given.
